This is a 90-minute interactive workshop. While cameras are optional, you’re encouraged to cook along in real time. Microphones will remain muted during class, except during designated Q&A moments.

What we’ll cover:

– Ingredient and tool overview

– Macerating strawberries for shortcake

– Prepping a full batch of biscuits to freeze

– Baking one (or a few) biscuits from that batch

– Whipping cream and assembling shortcakes to enjoy together

Before class, you'll get a follow-up email with a grocery shopping list. A link and password, along with recipe cards, will be sent an hour before class starts. (You don't need to print these for class unless you want to!)

A few notes:

– One login per registration. You’re welcome to enjoy the class with friends or family at your location.

– Live class instruction is based on the recipe as written; gluten-free or dairy-free mods will not be covered.

– No refunds, but credit may be applied to a future virtual class or transferred to a friend. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before class by emailing info@kitchenistadiaries.com.
