Virtual cooking experience
This is a 90-minute interactive workshop. While cameras are optional, you’re encouraged to cook along in real time. Microphones will remain muted during class, except during designated Q&A moments.
What we’ll cover:
– Toast to Bourdain Day!
– Ingredient and tool overview
– Shrimp prep and quick stock
– Stone-ground grits preparation
– Tomato-gravy preparation
– Finishing and plating
You’ll receive a follow-up email at least 3 days before class with a grocery shopping list and printable recipe cards.
A virtual class link and password will be sent one hour before class begins.
A few notes:
– One login per registration. You’re welcome to enjoy the class with friends or family at your location.
– Live class instruction is based on the recipe as written. (You’ll see substitution suggestions on the shopping list if you need to make personal dietary changes.)
– No refunds, but credit may be applied to a future virtual class or transferred to a friend. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before class by emailing info@kitchenistadiaries.com.
– A recording will not be available for this workshop.
